Willo Care Plan - Stress Free Ongoing Support

Welcome to The Willo Care Plan! We’re here to help you keep your website running smoothly, looking fresh, and feeling like the perfect fit for your business. To ensure everything is clear and easy to understand, here’s the policy for how the plan works:

What’s Included:

  • Regular website maintenance to keep your site secure, updated, and running smoothly.

  • Minor content updates, such as tweaks to web copy, swapping images, additional pages and adjusting sections and adding new products.

  • Priority support for quick fixes and small design updates.

What’s Not Included:

  • Major website overhauls or full redesigns.

  • Adding more than one additional page per month.

  • Development of extensive new features or functionality.

Exclusions
Upgrading your website package (e.g., moving from The Starter Site to The Business Site) is not included in The Willo Care Plan. Such upgrades are considered separate projects and will require a custom quote.

Additional Pages: If you request an additional page to be added to your website, this will require the full 6 hours of support time for that month due to the design and development work involved. No other updates or tweaks can be accommodated during that same month.

Rolling Month-to-Month Plan: The Willo Care Plan operates on a rolling month-to-month basis, giving you the flexibility to adapt to your needs. If you wish to end the plan, we require a one-month written notice. This ensures we can properly wrap up any ongoing work and schedule commitments.

Payment Terms: Payment for The Willo Care Plan is billed monthly in advance. When signing up to the care plan you are signing up to a recurring monthly plan, billed on the date of purchase each month. Each month, the subsciption must be paid on receipt to ensure your continued support and priority scheduling.

Unused Hours: The plan is designed to encourage consistent use of your allocated 6 hours each month. Any unused hours do not roll over to the next month and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
