You Are the Medicine is a lifestyle medicine and wellness brand founded by a doctor on a mission to empower people to take control of their health through holistic, nourishing habits. With a focus on health, sleep, stress, and nutrition, this brand makes healthy living feel doable, vibrant, and empowering.

This project was part of our Identity Package and Starter Site Web Package. We created a fresh, bold, and clean visual identity that feels just as energising and supportive as the work they do, using playful pops of colour and a wellness-forward feel to make the science feel personal.

The goal: A health-first brand that feels bright, energising, and deeply human.
